We are excited to be partnering with Union Box Company and Rettew Associates as we embark on defining the future of the Stehli Silk Mill. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, designed by C. Emlen Urban in three phases and completed in 1925, was the longest single building in the United States and the second longest in the world at 883 feet. In preserving the character of the industrial architecture, the pilasters and window details will be rehabilitated and incorporated into the design of over 100 new market rate apartments. We are delighted to be a partner in restoring active and vibrant life to the Stehli Silk Mill.
