This project began with an idea to recapture the character of the original Victorian carriage house that once belonged to this property.

Located in downtown Lancaster City, this 2-story carriage house provides a new 4 car stacked garage with hydraulic lifts, and a metal and wood working shop.

Original Carriage House

The design captures the Victorian character of the original carriage house, located on a now subdivided adjacent property and the existing house, including a slate roof, clay fishscale tiles and custom millwork.
